Do I have to be around when you clean my cans?
No. Our team will come to your home, clean your cans and place them where you want.
Do you send reminders before you come out to service our cans?
Yes! You will be sent a reminder via email at 12 pm the day before your scheduled service date.
Can I order you only once, or do I have to be on a recurring plan?
Feel free to order us whenever and how many times you wish.
Which areas do you service?
We service Passaic County, Bergen County, Essex County, Union County in NJ, Staten Island and Brooklyn, NY.
Why do you ask when my trash and recycling get picked up?
We strive to make our service calls as convenient as possible for you. We plan around your pickup times. Once you place your trash and/or recycle cans to the curb on your pickup day, we will come by later in the day to clean them. This prevents you from having to put the same bin out at two separate times during the week.
I will be out of town on my scheduled cleaning day. How can I change my day?
Please contact us up to 24 hours in advance to have your scheduled day or week changed. We will be more than happy to work within your schedule.
Will your service clean AND SANITIZE my garbage cans?
We clean all trash cans with water temps of approximately 200 degrees F. 99.9% of bacteria, germs, viruses, etc., are killed. Additionally, we spray down the outside of the can, including the parts most often touched, such as the lid and handle. We will leave your trash can clean and sanitized!
Will my garbage cans be odor-free?
Bacteria cause odor in garbage cans. With our cleaning process reaching approximately 200 degrees F., 99.9% of bacteria is eliminated. The can is left odor-free. We also spray an all-natural scent upon completion.
What day do you offer your services?
We operate 5 days a week. Monday – Friday. When you sign up for our service, we ask you what day your trash is picked up. We will come to your home and clean your trash cans on the curb that same day.
Do you clean both trash cans and recycle cans?
Yes. We recommend cleaning both due to bacteria, viruses, and germs that build upon both types of cans.
